Abstract

Due to their lack of life experience, junior high school students' geographical knowledge is relatively narrow. Therefore, teachers should be committed to building quality life-like contexts, creating a positive classroom teaching atmosphere, helping students to explore, perceive and understand knowledge in life-like contexts, and improving their practical skills while accumulating life experience. This paper focuses on the core literacy of junior high school geography and explores effective strategies for teaching classroom situations to stimulate students' interest in learning geography and grasp new knowledge in a timely manner, so as to promote the improvement of classroom learning efficiency.
